DESIGN AND PHOTOGRAPH WITH PASSION
Alisha Jones developed a love of art as a toddler and eventually shifted her focus to design and photography to capture precious moments. There’s something about a computer and a camera that brings out her creativity. She figured out early on that photography allows her to visually escape, tell stories and in some instances bring social justice issues to light. Alisha is also passionate about graphic design as well as dedicated to her creative lifestyle by thinking outside of the box and using it to influence other aspects of her life.
“Growing up, I always had aspirations of being an artist. I can even remember getting my first camera and trying to snap a picture of everything around me,” said Jones who is self-taught.
As a photographer, one of the most valuable lessons she’s learned is finding beauty in all things. She considers herself a living testimony of turning a dream into a reality and encourages other to never give up on themselves or their goals.
